I don't know about you but I am always more reassured by keeping some cash at home.

Why ? In case of major emergencies, it can always be useful.

The concern is to find a good hiding place to put your money.

To find the best ideas, I asked all my friends where they hid their money at home.

I have selected the best ideas for you from the list below:

Hiding places to stash your money at home

Why hide your money somewhere other than under the mattress?

In the event of a burglary, one of the first places burglars look is under the mattress.

So by using another place to hide your money, you greatly reduce the likelihood of it being stolen from you.

My recommendation is to choose one of these hiding places for your money instead of putting it under the mattress.

I'll even tell you that I actually use one of these twenty hiding places at home ;-). Here is the list :

20 secret hiding places to hide your money

2. In a sealed plastic bottle in the water tank of your toilet.
