Doctors Advise Women To Throw Out Shower Flowers IMMEDIATELY.

Many of us use a nylon shower flower for washing and scrubbing.

The concern is that it is far from being very hygienic!

It's even downright cracra ... Why?

Because these shower flowers keep thehumidity constantly.

Result, these wet layers are a breeding ground for all bacteria that thrive there.

And when you rub these bacteria on your body, your skin becomes duller, and you have more pimples ...

why should we throw away synthetic shower flowers

Why are shower flowers nests for germs?

Everyone loves these bath flowers that look great for effective soaping.

But dermatologists see them as a potential danger to your health.

According to dermatologist Matthew Knight, they damage our skin more than they clean it.

He adds that by using it, the dead skin that has been removed is trapped in the flower.

And since we leave them in a humid room, they become the ideal place for bacteria to thrive.

In particular, the fungi, mycoses and bacteria responsible for boils and conjunctivitis which can appear there in a few hours.

So when you take your next shower, you're going to spread it all over your skin. Yum !

If this all sounds really gross to you, you might be wondering what you can use to wash yourself safely, right?

Use a natural sponge instead

natural and healthy sponge loofah

A natural sponge like this is a great alternative if you like sponges that scratch well.

These natural sponges are called loofahs and are made from very fibrous squash that is dried and hardened.

You can even make them yourself. We explain how here.

Natural loofah may also have some bacteria, but since they are less dense than synthetic models, it is easier to rinse thoroughly and dry.

The best way to keep loofahs clean is to air dry them outside of the shower, away from moisture in a cool, dry place.

However, consider replacing your loofah every month.

A sea sponge natural is also a good alternative to prevent the proliferation of bacteria.

Like loofah, these sea sponges are natural and contain no chemicals or man-made products like synthetic shower flowers.

Their natural enzymes will also prevent bacteria buildup, but you'll still need to clean them out regularly.

For this, you can put them in the microwave for a few moments to kill germs.

And if it starts to smell bad, it's high time to replace them (like other sponges for that matter).

If you want to avoid bacteria completely, your best bet is to use the good old washcloth.

You can even buy terrycloth and make your own.
