A Jam Recipe Against Constipation.

When you tend to be constipated, you have to act on a daily basis.

In order to regulate its transit and be less constipated, natural remedies exist.

There is in particular a recipe for extra jam.

Or how to combine the useful with the pleasant ;-) Look at:

rhubarb jam to fight against constipation

Ingredients

- 500 g of rhubarb stalks

- 100 g of rose petals

- 250 g of powdered brown or blond sugar

How to do

1. Cut your rhubarb stalks into very small cubes (the smaller they are, the faster they cook).

2. Cook them with the rose petals in 1/2 liter of water, adding the sugar when the water boils.

3. Cover and leave to stew and reduce for 1 hour 30 minutes, stirring often (otherwise the granulated sugar and the jam will stick to the pan).

4. Pour into the jars and let cool.

Results

There you go, your constipation jam is ready :-)

A jam to eat every day, instead of your usual jam, if you are constipated regularly. It helps your body to recover normal transit.

Rhubarb grows naturally and easily in gardens, so do roses.

When you don't have a garden or it's not the season, head to organic stores.
