The trick to unblocking a hard-to-open drawer.
Does your wooden cabinet have a drawer that is difficult to open?
It often happens on old dressers.
Over time, the drawers no longer slide and it gets stuck.
No need to change the furniture though. The trick to unstacking the drawer is to use candle wax:
How to do
1. Take a candle.
2. Open the drawer.
3. Rub the candle on the sides, where the drawer rubs against the cabinet.
4. Rub well until the wax softens slightly and is well spread.
Results
There you go, your wooden drawer is unstuck :-)
No more drawer that no longer slides and creaks with each opening.
If your drawer is still stuck, the wood may have swelled.
At this point, the wood should be sanded with sandpaper.
