How to do

Preperation : 5 minutes - Cooking: 20 min - For 2 baguettes

1. Put all the ingredients in the bowl.

2. With the wooden spoon, mix the ingredients until you get a sticky dough.

3. Preheat the oven to 40 ° then turn it off.

4. Cover the bowl with the tea towel and put it in the oven off for an hour.

5. Take the bowl out of the oven when the dough has doubled in size.

6. Now divide the dough in half on the work surface.

7. Form the two baguettes with your hands, adding a little flour.

8. Before baking, score the top of your chopsticks with the tip of a knife.

9. Place the baguettes in the oven for 20 minutes at 240 ° C, placing a glass of water on the drip pan.
