So how do you disinfect that little wound your child just suffered?

No need to run to the pharmacy to buy an antiseptic!

Luckily, there is a natural disinfectant and scarifier that you probably already have in your kitchen.

The trick to heal a small wound quickly, is to use apple cider vinegar. Look :

How to do

1. Run the wound under cold water to clean it and stop the bleeding.

2. In a bowl, pour half water and half apple cider vinegar.

3. Dip a compress into the mixture.

4. Simply dab the wound with the compress.

5. Do not leave the compress on the wound.

6. Put a bandage over it if needed.

Results

And there you have it, you have disinfected and healed this little wound without disinfectant :-)

Easy, fast and efficient, isn't it?

Why does it work?

Apple cider vinegar is known to be an excellent disinfectant.

It is effective for both small wounds as well as those that are infected, oozing or with a little pus.

Thanks to its acidity, it acts as a commercial antiseptic.

This home remedy works just as well on small abrasions, small cuts as it does scratches.

Note that if you don't have apple cider vinegar, you can use white vinegar.

It's also effective and it's even cheaper.

But above all, never use bleach to disinfect a wound! It's toxic and it would burn your skin ...
