Have you ever cooked a broccoli gratin?
This delicious family recipe is ideal for a healthy and balanced family meal.
Inexpensive and easy to make, it allows you to vary menus with ease.
Broccoli is a very low calorie vegetable that contains a lot of vitamins, fiber and minerals.
If it cooks in many ways, it is delicious!
Ingredients for 4 persons
- 1 kg of broccoli
- 100 g of grated cheese
- 50 g of flour
- 30 g of butter
- 50 cl of milk
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- Salt and pepper
How to do
Preparation: 20 min - Cooking: 20 min
1. Divide the broccoli into florets.
2. Cook them for 10 minutes in a pot of boiling salted water, then drain them.
3. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
4. In a saucepan, melt the butter.
5. Off the heat, add the flour, milk, little by little, and mix.
6. Salt, pepper and pour a pinch of nutmeg.
7. Return to low heat and cook for 5 minutes while stirring.
8. Butter a gratin dish, arrange the broccoli and pour the sauce over it.
9. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
10. Place the dish in the oven and cook for 20 minutes.
Results
There you go, your broccoli gratin is ready :-)
You can finish cooking on the grill position to brown my gratin well and serve hot.
Bonus tip
To cook smart, add bacon or diced ham in the broccoli gratin. I thus serve a complete and balanced dish to the whole family!
