Ingredients

- 1 egg

- 1/3 liter of oil

- 1 teaspoon of mustard

- Salt pepper

Preperation

1. Pour a teaspoon of mustard into a bowl.

2. Then add the egg yolk.

3. Peel a small potato.

4. Prick it with the end of a fork.

5. Gently turn with this fork while gradually adding the oil.

Results

And there you have it, you have made a wonderful and delicious mayonnaise :-)

Why it works

The explanation is very simple: it is the water contained in the potato that makes the mayonnaise rise.

A method that I use all the time and I never miss my homemade mayonnaise again ;-)
