My 5 Nana Tips For Great Breasts.

Having beautiful breasts is not always natural.

However, maintaining your bust and embellishing it is possible ... and easy!

Luckily, there are some simple and effective tips to help you achieve long, beautiful breasts.

Here is my little program in 5 little tips to get naughty breasts without getting tired!

Girls' tips for having a firm breast naturally

1. Small toning exercise

To prevent my chest from falling: Every morning I press my hands about twenty times palm to palm at chest height, like a prayer!

Anytime of the day, in front of the TV, in the bathroom, on the train, if I think about it, I do a little toning session to firm my breasts.

2. Choosing the right lingerie

There is no point in having beautiful bras if they are not suitable. On the advice of a saleswoman in my favorite lingerie store, I now know my size and my lingerie needs. I don't choose anything too tight anymore.

For good breast support, I prefer underwire and solid fabrics. When I go jogging, I opt for suitable sports bras.

3. Home balneotherapy

For the more courageous, remember at the end of your shower to spray your breasts with cold water for a few seconds. You have to suffer to be beautiful!

I practice the Scottish shower to stimulate circulation. This is the secret to firmer breasts ... and buttocks too.

4. Moisturizer and massage

A well hydrated breast takes its toll! After your toilet, massage your breasts for 2 minutes with a good vegetable oil to strengthen the epidermis.

I vary between rose oil for its fragrance, protein-rich jojoba oil and carrot oil to regenerate cells.

Olive oil also works very well! Once a week, I use a mixture of honey and sugar for a good draining scrub!

5. Keep good posture!

There's no point in giving yourself all this care if it's to slouch and get your breasts used to looking down. I remember to raise my chest slightly when I walk and to stand up straight as often as possible.

It helps our breasts to stay firm and well rounded. Whenever I can, I go for a few breaststroke lengths in the pool to build my upper body. Swimming, a fabulous sport for sculpting your body!

To avoid

I never sleep on my stomach and that's good. My breasts are not crushed and suffocated. I also avoid taking hot baths too often. Heat softens, it is well known.

For women with a generous breast, prefer soft sports to too abrupt sports which will weaken the elasticity of your tissues!
