How to Remove a Blood Stain from a Cloth?
Removing a stain from a fabric is often very difficult.
Especially when it comes to blood.
Here are our tips for removing a blood stain without the hassle.
There are a few things you should know beforehand so as not to be overlooked.
Not to do
Never apply hot water to the stain, otherwise it will become permanently embedded in the fabric. And removing it turns out to be impossible ...
How to do
It takes place in two parts.
1. To remove a blood stain, you first need to take the stained item of clothing and soak it in a good volume of water for at least 24 hours.
The older the stain, the more it will have dried and the longer it will therefore be necessary to let the stained garment soak in cold water.
2. After this operation, you will just have to put it in the wash as usual, with the rest of the household linen.
Case by case
There can be several scenarios, each with a solution:
1. If the stain is on a mattress, squeeze a lemon juice on a clean cloth and rub it on the soiled spot.
2. If the stain is small, saliva works very well. But it must be that of the person who bled: put a little saliva on the stain, wait a moment, then machine as usual!
