Here are 10 amazing uses of white vinegar that no one knows about:
1. Peel off the wallpaper
Prepare a mixture of half white vinegar and half water in a basin.
Dip your sponge in the mixture to wet the wallpaper. You can also use a spray bottle.
Leave on for 5 minutes and start scratching. The wallpaper should come off easily.
2. Bring old brushes back to life
Dip old nylon brushes in warm white vinegar for 30 min.
The vinegar will remove the paint and soften the hairs.
Then wash them in hot soapy water, brushing them to remove the remaining paint.
Rinse the brushes with water and allow them to dry. There you go, they are like new!
3. Test the pH of your soil
Place a handful of soil in a small container and pour a little white vinegar over it.
If it wiggles, it means that the soil contains limestone and is alkaline.
If nothing happens, it means your soil is neutral or acidic.
4. Effortlessly descale the shower head
To descale your shower head, pour white vinegar into a plastic bag.
Hang the bag around the shower head. Leave it on overnight to remove residue and limescale effortlessly.
5. Prevent paint from crumbling
Before painting a metal object (such as a bucket for example), rub it with a sponge of white vinegar.
This trick helps the paint last longer.
The acidity of the vinegar cleans and degreases the surface. So the paint adheres better and stays on longer.
This stuff also works for concrete.
6. Remove labels and stickers
A price tag struggling to come off? No problem, take out the white vinegar.
Soak the label with white vinegar with a sponge and rub.
Repeat the operation to remove all the residue.
It works for labels as well as stickers stuck on glass, plastic or wood.
7. Clean wooden furniture
Is your wooden table in need of a cleanup?
Use a mixture of white vinegar and olive oil to thoroughly clean it. Rub with a cloth and voila!

Dip a stiff bristled toothbrush in a glass of vinegar and scrub the joint.

9. Dissolve rust
Soak old tools, rusty nuts and bolts in white vinegar for a few days.

If you are used to handling such materials, rinse your hands with a mixture of 1/3 vinegar and 2/3 water.
Do this before washing your hands. The acid in white vinegar neutralizes the alkaline content of these materials.
