Spinach Pasta Gratin: The Affordable Balanced Dish.

Ingredients for 4 persons

- 250 g of small pasta (shells, penne, mini-butterflies ...)

- 4 slices of ham

- 400 g of spinach cooked on a branch

- 3 eggs

- 30 cl of milk

- grated Gruyere

- salt, pepper, nutmeg

How to do

1. Preheat your oven to 180 ° (th.6)

2. Meanwhile, cook your pasta and drain it.

3. Cook and drain your spinach.

4. Cut your ham into cubes or slices, as you wish.

5. In a bowl, mix the eggs with the milk.

6. Season this mixture with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

7. Butter a baking dish.

8. Place the spinach in the bottom of the dish then the ham, the pasta and cover with the egg mixture and grated Gruyere.

9. Brown for about 30 minutes.

Results

There you go, your spinach pasta gratin is ready :-)
