Ingredients for 1 person
- 2 or 3 organic lemons
- 1 fresh organic ginger root
- Between 150 and 300 grams of organic honey
How to do
1. Wash the lemons.
2. Cut them into slices and remove the seeds.
3. Place the lemon slices in a clean, dry glass jar.
4. Grate the ginger.
5. Put the ginger in the jar.
6. Pour the honey into the jar.
7. Close the jar.
8. Let sit for at least 24 hours before using.
Results
And there you have it, your grandmother's remedy is already ready :-)
No more sore throat and cold!
To use it, just take a tablespoon in hot tea.
Use it whenever you start to feel a little tickle in your throat.
You know that little tickle that says "Be ready! Cause I'm a bad cold and I'm coming real fast!"
I take it 2-3 times a day when I feel like I'm going to be sick. And hop, after a few days I feel better :-)
