Ingredients

- 1 nice potato per person

- 4 cloves of garlic

- rosemary

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- Pat of butter

- salt and pepper

How to do

1. Start by boiling water in a saucepan.

2. Then peel the potatoes.

3. Cut them into very thin slices.

4. Cook them in boiling water for about 5 minutes.

5. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

6. Add the potatoes.

7. Salt and pepper generously.
