In addition, it is the most economical and the most natural solution.

It's safe for you and your kids, unlike bleach.

You now have what to disinfect the handle of the entrance door.

Why does it work?

Thanks to its acidity, white vinegar is an effective disinfectant for cleaning everything in the house including the Coronavirus which is fragile when it is in the open air.

According to Dr Damien Mascret, "White vinegar is effective against COVID-19 because it destroys the lipid layer of the virus, which is the fatty layer that surrounds viruses".

The acetic acid in vinegar also naturally eliminates germs from all surfaces and doorknobs in the home.

Essential oils also help strengthen the disinfecting power of white vinegar.

Note that if you don't have white vinegar at home, you can also use soapy water or diluted bleach.

Indeed, as the government website on the coronavirus reminds us, bleach is even more effective at eliminating viruses.

On FranceInfo, the director general of health explains that bleach is "a virucide, which is not the case with white vinegar. Even if there are other detergent products that are effective disinfectants, we might as well recommend bleach, which is known to all ". That is, bleach kills viruses, including COVID-19. For total disinfection, bleach is 100% effective.
