Quick and Easy: The Banana Flambé Recipe with Orange and Rum.

And you don't know what to do with them because no one wants to eat them?

So here's a quick and easy recipe for using bananas that have turned black.
I named the recipe for Bananas Flambé with Orange and Rum. Look, it's very simple:
Ingredients
- 1 large overripe banana
- 2 tablespoons of white or brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 2 tablespoons of orange juice
- 2 tablespoons of rum
- the zest of 1/2 orange
- ice cream or whipped cream (optional)
How to do
1. Put a pan on the fire.
2. Throw in the sugar to make it caramelize.
3. Add the butter.
4. Mix.
5. Add the orange juice and zest.
6. Stir to obtain a thick sauce.
7. Add the bananas.
8. Drizzle the bananas with the juice.
9. Pour in the rum.
10. Use a match to ignite the rum.
11. Let flambé while continuing to water the bananas.
12. Remove from the heat.
Results
And there you go, your flambéed bananas with orange and rum are ready to be tasted :-)
All that's left to do is serve your flambéed bananas with whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream.
Note that you can also use honey instead of sugar.
If you don't like the taste of rum, you can replace it with Grand Marnier or Cointreau, for example, which will accentuate the little orange taste.
Of course, if you don't like orange too much, you can also skip it to make the classic banana flambé recipe.
