Homemade Respiratory & Decongestant Balm (Easy & Quick).
As soon as my nose is blocked, I massage myself with respiratory balm and decongestant.
But since I read the composition of Vicks Vaporub, I no longer want to put it on my skin ...
Fortunately, there is an ultra easy recipe to make your own respiratory balm without harmful products.
And all this, with only 4 100% natural ingredients!
For this recipe, just mix shea butter and 3 essential oils. Look :
What you need
- 12 drops of eucalyptus, rosemary or peppermint essential oil
- 12 drops of essential oil of officinal lavender or tea tree
- 12 drops of fir or pine needle essential oil
- 2 tablespoons of shea butter
- little pot
How to do
1. Melt the shea butter in a double boiler.
2. As soon as it is completely melted, remove it from the heat.
3. Then incorporate the essential oils.
4. Gently stir with a spoon.
5. Pour the mixture into the pot.
6. Let cool before closing it.
7. Store in a cool place.
Results
And There you go ! Your homemade respiratory balm is already ready :-)
