The trick is to use an empty Kleenex box and use this storage technique. Look :
How to do
1. Take an empty box of tissues.
2. Smooth the bag down to make a narrow strip.
3. Place the bottom of the bag in the empty box while letting the handles come out.
4. Take a second bag and smooth it in your hand as with the first.
5. Pass the bottom of the second bag through the handles of the first.
6. Go around the coves.
7. Push everything into the empty box, letting the handles come out of the box.
8. Repeat the operation with the other bags.
Results
There you go, all your plastic bags are now tidy :-)
You just have to pull a bag out of the box when you need it. And hop, the next one will come out by itself as if by magic!
