How to do

1. Put a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass.

2. Add a little water.

3. Squeeze a lemon juice.

4. Pour it into a glass.

5. Add water.

6. Start by taking a sip of the mixture with the baking soda.

7. Then drink a sip of lemon juice.

8. Alternate this until there is nothing left.

9. Repeat this remedy until you feel better.

And there you have it, your nausea has now disappeared naturally :-)

Bonus tip

Warning ! If I am a salt-free diet, Iavoid baking soda. Having said that, I can drink the glass with the lemon juice, and then eat a banana, which has a similar effect.
