Tired of buying paper for the printer?
It is true that reams of paper are expensive!
Fortunately, there is a very simple trick to saving paper.
A good habit that I have made every time I print a document is toto print on the front, but also on the back of sheets of paper.
If your printer does not have the duplex option, there is an easy way to print duplex to any printer in 4 small steps.
How to do
1. I first choose to print only odd pages. If for example I have to print 5 pages, I only print the 1st, 3rd and 5th.
2. Then I reclassify them in ascending order, i.e. 1, 3, 5.
3. Then I reinsert in the sheet feeder, printed side up, taking care to have changed their direction beforehand (beginning of the text towards the printer).
4. Finally, I run the print even pages, ie 2 and 4. If I want to avoid reclassifying the sheets in ascending order, I can also check the "Reverse order" option in the "Print" menu.
Results
There you go, I hope I was clear enough in my explanation :-).
Bonus tip
If you have a printer that has the duplex option, you just have to choose that option from the "Print" menu.
Savings made
This economical gesture is really effective in saving paper easily. I divided by 2 my consumption of paper printing both sides. And in addition it works on any printer.
