Uses of pistachio oil

We all use sunflower, olive or walnut oil to cook.

But we don't know all the good things about pistachio oil. It allows you to make delicious dishes with varied and inexpensive ingredients!

The salads : endive, avocado, lamb's lettuce, green bean or beet, its persistent and subtle aroma will decorate them deliciously. Prefer a slightly sweet vinegar for your vinaigrette, such as balsamic or cider vinegar, or just a squeeze of lemon.

Potatoes and pasta : pour a drizzle of pistachio oil over your cooked pasta or potatoes to flavor them deliciously.

It will also surprise you when finishing your culinary preparations by placing a light drizzle on them before serving them (original for your tartars, carpaccios or dinner aperitifs!)

Pastries : replace your knob of butter with a little pistachio oil in a cake or cake recipe, it will give it its soft and sweet taste.
