Here's how to do it:
1. I grate the equivalent of a handful of Marseille soap.
2. Without stopping the machine if it is drum, or putting it on pause if it is loaded from the top, I put the soap in the washing part of the laundry tub.

Thus, Marseille soap is one of the effective washing products against mosquitoes.
In addition, it costs less than a shower gel with chemicals.

6. Relieve nighttime cramps
We don't necessarily know it, but nighttime cramps are often due to a lack of potassium.
Placing a tip (the equivalent of a good handful) of Marseille soap under your mattress, or better still under the duvet, helps relieve cramps.
Well, if the Marseillaise in me tends to believe that soap is a magic product, in fact it is about chemistry here. Indeed, Marseille soap contains potassium chloride.
The heat released under the duvet facilitates the exchange of potassium ions. So my potassium level is restored and the cramps go away.

While non-slip pans are very practical, they are tricky to maintain. However, a striped pan is a good throw-away pan.
At comment-economiser.fr, we wash them by hand. But even when washed, the pans can give off a bad fishy smell.
To avoid these odors, it's easy:
1. I do my dishes by hand with my usual washing product. Once washed, I put the pans aside.
2. When my dishes are finished, I collect the pans. I rub my sponge directly on my Marseille soap cube with olive oil.
3. I clean my pan again and rinse it.
There is no more bad smell.

- There are no animal fats, chemical additives or dyes.
- It is green, tending to brown when it is in olive oil, and white when it is made from palm or copra oil.
- It has a distinctive smell, the authentic soap smelling of olive oil.
- When it has been immersed in water for a long time, the soap dries up, cracking, it does not become sticky.
