It is true that it would be practical to put in a fruit juice bowl, house punch or other cocktails.

Luckily, there is a simple trick to making great, big ice cubes. Even here no need to buy special molds.
The trick is to use empty yogurt pots. Look :
How to do
1. Collect yoghurt pots.
2. Fill them with water.
3. Put them in the freezer.
4. Once frozen, unmold the large ice cube.
Results
And There you go ! You now have big ice cubes :-)
Easy and fast, isn't it? Now all you have to do is put these giant ice cubes in your homemade cocktail bowls. Guaranteed effect in an evening!
Do you need smaller ice cubes? Use a plastic egg carton to mold your ice cubes or jars of small Swiss.
The bonus tip
You can flavor your ice cubes with lemon or mint leaves.
The aromas will continue to diffuse in your beverage pitchers when they melt.
