A good homemade chocolate mousse, how good it is!

Difficult to do, do you think?

Especially so that it is light?

Not that much, if you follow our secret recipe.

With our grandmother's recipe, your chocolate mousse is unmistakable. Look :

easy chocolate mousse recipe

Ingredients for 4 persons

- 200 g of dark chocolate

- 6 eggs

- 20 g of powdered sugar

- 100 g of butter

How to do

1. Melt your chocolate with your butter in a double boiler.

2. Break your eggs by putting the whites and yolks in separate containers.

3. Put your yolks in the fridge, keep them for another recipe.

4. Beat your egg whites until stiff so that they are very firm, adding the sugar towards the end, little by little, while still whisking.

5. Add some of the whipped egg whites to the chocolate-butter mixture.

6. Mix gently.

7. Add the rest of the egg whites little by little, stirring gently.

8. Pour your mousse into a bowl.

Let it rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.

Results

There you go, your light chocolate mousse is ready :-)
