Dry and Dull Hair? My Nourishing and Natural Oat Mask.

Is your hair dull, dry and lackluster?

The hair dryer, the sun or the cold can be the cause.

Results ? They lack light, they break easily, the tips split and form forks.

If your hair is dry, it means it's sorely lacking in vitamin B. This is where oats come in.

There is a natural oatmeal mask to nourish and hydrate dry hair. Here is the recipe:

Ingredients

- 50 g of oatmeal

- 200 ml of water

- 1 teaspoon of honey

- 1 egg yolk

How to do

1. Pour the oatmeal in a bowl.

2. Add the water.

3. Leave on for 20 mins.

4. Mix everything to obtain a homogeneous paste.

5. Add honey and egg yolk.

6. Mix well.

7. Apply this mixture to wet hair after your usual shampoo.

8. Let act 15 to 20 min.

9. Rinse with clear, lukewarm water so as not to attack my hair.

Results

There you go, your hair is soft, silky and well hydrated :-)

You can renew this treatment as soon as your hair becomes dull and dry.

Why does it work?

Oats are rich in vitamin B, vitamin E, but also iron (useful to prevent hair loss), manganese, zinc, magnesium, minerals, carbohydrates and proteins.
