Dull and Tired Complexion? Try My Homemade Oat Bran Mask.

It's not easy to combine work and femininity.

Sometimes we end up with a blurred complexion, tired eyes, loose hair.

We are impatiently awaiting the end of the week to rest.

What if we took advantage of the weekend to recharge our batteries and regain a radiant look?

I therefore suggest a homemade oatmeal treatment to fight against a dull and tired complexion.

Here is the natural recipe for my oat bran mask, our new beauty ally. Look :

Ingredients

- 4 tablespoons of oat bran

- 1 natural yogurt

- 1 tablespoon of honey

How to do

1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.

2. Prepare a comfortable place to lie down. Indeed, the mask may run off before it dries. You might as well be careful.

3. Apply this mixture on the face.

4. Leave on for 10 to 15 minutes. The freshness of yogurt awakens the complexion and softens the skin.

5. Rinse everything with clean water.

6. Pat dry by lightly patting a towel over the face.

Results

And there you have it, your face is now luminous :-)
