High protein diets like Dukan or Scarsdale are all the rage. Yes, but meat and fish have their costs. Don't worry, here are some tips to overcome animal protein without deficiencies!

1 / The egg, THE "protein"

So take advantage of it, 3 times per week, replace the meat with omelet, boiled or fried eggs There are many ways to eat eggs, but prefer organic eggs which guarantee the quality of proteins.

2 / Legumes and seeds

These vegetable proteins are not to be forgotten: chickpeas, white or black beans, lentils. They will add flavor to your dishes and will be a change from the famous slice of ham or the large slice of rare steak! 3 / An aperitif without frustration

4 / Dairy products are our friends!

The must for me is the 0% fromage blanc. It can be used in a salty sauce with aromatics of your choice or as a dessert with a few nuts in it. We can even spread it on the face to heal our skin. friends that's another topic! Treat yourself from time to time with a little blue cheese, sheep or goat cheese.

Savings Realized

To eat quality meat, you can easily spend 10 to 20 € per kilo. Fish is still a little more expensive. Besides that, if you buy a kilo of quinoa, it will make you more meals and will not exceed 3 €. The same goes for the kilo of 0% cottage cheese that you will find for a maximum of € 3 at the supermarket and I challenge you to finish a one kilo jar at once! Impossible, the white cheese cuts the end!

Avoiding overeating meat also saves your health. To do without it is not to ingest saturated fat which will increase your cholesterol and internal toxins and weaken your immune system. So you might as well replace it!
