Luckily, I have found a great tip for quickly cutting aromatic herbs.

The trick is to put in a glass and cut them with from scissors. Look :

What you need

- a small glass

- a pair of scissors

- the herbs of your choice, washed beforehand

How to do

1. Put your whole herbs directly into the glass.

Put the aromatic herbs in a glass

2. Slide the scissor blades into it.

3. Finely chop the herbs.

To make a delicious parsley to accompany your meats or small roasted potatoes, consider slicing fresh parsley with a clove of garlic.

Slide it whole with the herbs into the glass and chop with a pair of scissors.

For your pasta or stuffed tomatoes, replace the parsley with fresh basil. This garlic / basil marriage ... Yum!
