For Effective Descaling of Your Kettle: Use White Vinegar.
My kettle tends to scale up quite easily. I guess the same is true for yours.
Every time I use my kettle, I notice tartar at the bottom, on the electrodes. Do you see it too? It is not very attractive.
I therefore offer you a white vinegar descaling tip. Here's how I go about removing all of that.
Ingredients
- a cup of white vinegar
- some water
How to do
1. Pour a small cup of white vinegar into your kettle.
2. Add water to the top.
3. Boil.
4. Once the water is boiling, let it act for a few minutes.
5. Rinse.
Results
Your kettle is perfectly descaled ! Thank you white vinegar!

White vinegar, or crystal vinegar, is convenient, but it has a taste and an odour... that we do not want to find in the tea or coffee that we enjoy by the fire!
So think about doing several rinses from your very clean kettle ... before you use it again!
