My sister solved her eczema problem and my man solved his acne with Aleppo soap. For the skin problems, he convinced me too.

Here is a natural soap effective against inflammatory dermatoses such as acne.

1. Which Aleppo soap to choose?

Given the notoriety of Aleppo soap, more and more brands are offering it. But not all are created equal.

Some are not really Aleppo soaps but only imitations (and this is where it gets dangerous). I use the Karawan brand and I am not complaining about it.

If the soap is cut with laurel (at 20% minimum), it means that we have the right end! Laurel has excellent antiseptic, bactericidal, hyperemic and soothing properties.

Note that real Aleppo soap is made with a soda base. If your skin is very sensitive, it may attack and irritate it even more. We will then prefer a soap made with potash or another vegetable base.

Note that Aleppo soap is not a controlled designation of origin. It is therefore difficult to ensure the quality of a soap. But in general, the more bay oil, the better.

I therefore avoid buying a soap if there are no details of the composition unless I really trust the seller. If I read "palm oil" or one of its derivatives, I immediately put the soap back on. And of course, it has to be dye-free and preservative-free.

I don't trust the seals carved into the soap. And for once, I don't necessarily choose the specials.

Finally, I only buy block soap. Liquid soaps are much less hydrating and often contain preservatives that are harmful to our skin.

2. When and how to use Aleppo soap?

Let us be clear. Soap or cream never made pimples go away.

It is a healthy lifestyle and good skin cleansing that purifies your skin. And if there is purification of the skin, then yes, goodbye to acne!

Aleppo soap remains a soap for acne-prone skin and it is advisable to use it for the face rather in the evening. It should be used regularly, but not too often, i.e. every 3 days or so.

This acne treatment will save you from pimples and scars. What a good peel! You will see the difference before / after!

Whatever the type of skin and the soap used, hydration is mandatory after washing. Otherwise, the skin on your face may burn and tighten.

3. Why Aleppo soap?

It is great for all skin types: oily, combination or dry skin. It is the best acne soap.

Clearly, Aleppo soap will leave you with a light natural protective film on the skin, instead of stripping the skin, like other soaps.

If your skin is drying out, your Aleppo soap is not of good quality or that you use it too often.

And then this soap is a huge time saver. It is quick and easy.

I wet my face with lukewarm water, I lather a little Aleppo soap in my hands, I gently cleanse my face for 1 min and presto, I rinse ... There you go! It's finish.

I then add one of my favorite little oils (jojoba, carrot, argan, olive ...). And I can come out with a radiant and smiling face, without complex.

Not that I want to show off, but my man has really got great skin since using Aleppo soap.

No more acne! Less oily, less oozing skin ... In short, very soft skin that you want to kiss!

Bonus tip

I repeat, hygiene is very important to achieve beautiful soft skin. It goes through cleaning and regular care but also by an adequate diet.

We avoid sweets, we do not skimp on water and herbal teas. Burdock, wild pansy, nettle, many detox plants will help you bring out your toxins and purify your body ... and your skin.

Savings made

Although a good quality Aleppo soap has its cost (between 5 and 12 €), it is still more than profitable since I no longer buy creams and I no longer waste cottons to clean my skin.

Pimple cleansers, my man has tested plenty of them. But none seemed to be really effective. Often packed with unwanted products, these commercial treatments are generally more irritating than soothing.
