1. Composition

White Tiger Balm contains 25% camphor, 8% menthol, essential oil of eucalyptus, mint and clove.

Red tiger balm contains 25% camphor and more menthol than white balm (+ 10%). It also contains essential oil of mint, cinnamon, cloves and especially cajuput oil. Which gives it that famous red color.

2. Use

White Tiger Balm:

- relieves headaches and stiff necks,

- decongests the nose during sinusitis, colds or rhinitis,

- relieves cough,

- calms insect bites.

Red tiger balm:

-relieves muscle and joint pain,

- soothes muscle contractures,

- relieves aches, sprains, inflammation and back pain,

- calms rheumatism.

3. Application

White Tiger Balm:

- For headaches and stiff necks, apply it directly on the temples or on the painful area.

- For sinusitis, colds, rhinitis and cough, apply it on the chest, back and nose.

- To calm insect bites, apply it around the bite.

Red tiger balm:

- To relieve muscle and joint pain, apply it directly to the affected area.

- To soothe muscle contractures, aches, sprains, inflammation and back pain, apply it to the painful area.

- To calm rheumatism, apply it on the affected joint.

How often to apply it?

Whether it is for the white or red balm, you can apply it 2 or 3 times a day during many days.
