How To Easily Wash Your Hair With Baking Soda And Vinegar.

There you go, now you know how to wash your hair with baking soda and vinegar :-)

Easy, fast and efficient, isn't it?

No more industrial shampoos that damage your hair every day!

Unlike conventional shampoos, this homemade recipe washes my hair thoroughly of all pollution and dust residues.

I just have to clean them every 3 to 4 times a week at most.

The reason ? The "classic" shampoos that we put on our hair dry out the scalp.

To compensate, the scalp then produces more sebum than normal and therefore becomes fatter.

In addition, this method based on baking soda and vinegar is economical.

Natural, cheap, effective and easy to use, I'm sure you'll love it as much as I do, especially since it smells so good thanks to the essential oils!

Additional advice

- It is important to put the baking soda in lukewarm water so that it dissolves well in the water.

- Don't worry if the baking soda does not foam, this is normal. You get used to it very quickly with a few applications.

- When you apply the baking soda to the hair, no need to insist on the ends, as they are rarely very oily.

- If you have really long hair, you can add a little water and baking soda. The goal is to clean them thoroughly.

- You can replace white vinegar with apple cider vinegar, but paradoxically, apple cider vinegar has a more pronounced smell on the hair. Test both and choose the one you prefer.

- For information, I always prepare a larger dose of white vinegar and water that I leave in my shower for the next uses.

- Know that it is important to rinse the vinegar off your hair with cold water. Why ? Because it helps to smooth the hair and make it shinier. Plus, it helps prevent frizz and static electricity.

- Do not forget the essential oils, because they are magic to give a great fragrance to this homemade shampoo.
