A Cheap and Original Aperitif that I love: My Homemade Puff Pastry.

At aperitif time, when I want to change from the traditional sausage crisps, I like to present small puff pastry.

Homemade, they are really economical and can delight young and old!

The recipe for these puff pastry is very easy to make and you never get tired of it! Look.

Ingredients

- 1 puff pastry (homemade or purchased, depending on your motivation! I admit that at home, it is rather ready-made!)

- 1 packet of sausages

- 1 egg

- pitted black olives

- anchovies

- grated Gruyere

How to do

1. Take the puff pastry and roll it out well.

2. Then cut strips 10 cm long by 3 wide.

3. Place a sausage in the center and cover with a second strip of dough.

4. Separate the white from the egg yolk.

5. Wet the edges of the puff pastry to make them stick.

6. Brush them with a little egg yolk.

7. Cut into ten equal pieces.

8. Repeat the operation as many times as necessary for the number of sausages desired.

9. Place on the baking sheet and cook for 8 minutes at 180 °.

Results

There you go, your homemade puff pastry are already ready :-)

To vary the pleasures, here is another puff pastry recipe just as easy and quick to make:

- Then cut circles in the dough,

- Place a pitted olive in the center.

- Fold over one edge to form a crescent,

- Place an anchovy in the center of a piece of dough or cheese

- Form small strands of dough topped with cheese.
