EGG-FREE Yogurt Cake: My Easy, Delicious & Cheap Recipe!

Do you fancy a good plain yogurt cake?

But are you out of eggs at home?

It is true that since confinement, it is difficult to find eggs in all the supermarkets ...

Fortunately, my grandmother confided in me his yogurt cake recipe without egg!

It is still so easy to do and fast. But above all, it is delicious. Look :

A homemade yogurt cake without an egg

Ingredients

- 2 plain yogurts of 125 g each

- 3 pots of flour yogurt

- 1.5 cups of powdered sugar yogurt

- 1.5 sachet of baking powder

- 1 teaspoon of liquid vanilla (or a sachet of vanilla sugar)

- 60 g of melted butter

- 1 pinch of salt

- 1 salad bowl

How to do

Preperation : 15 min - Cooking: 35 min - For 6 persons

1. Preheat the oven to 180 °.

2. Empty the yogurts into the salad bowl.

3. Wash one of the yoghurt pots and dry it well.

4. Use the yogurt pot as a measuring cup to add the flour to the bowl.

5. Pour the sugar into the bowl.

6. Melt the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds.

7. Add the melted butter to the preparation.

8. Add the yeast and vanilla.

9. Mix well to obtain a smooth paste.

10. Butter the cake pan and put a little flour in it.

11. Pour the batter into the mold.

12. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

- To be sure of cooking, prick the blade of a knife into the cake. If the blade comes out dry, your cake is done. Otherwise, you have to continue cooking a little longer.
