The preparation before this recipe is not very complicated either.

It involves whipping the marinade ingredients together, adding the shrimp and letting them rest in the fridge, letting them marinate until ready to cook.

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- 1 tablespoon of lime or lemon juice

- 6 minced or grated garlic cloves

- ¼ teaspoon of ground cumin

- ¼ teaspoon of red pepper flakes

- ¼ teaspoon of salt

- ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper

- 1 kg of large peeled shrimps (except the tip of the tails)

How to do

1. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, chili, black pepper, salt.

2. Add the shrimp.

3. Stir well to coat the shrimp with the marinade.

4. Set aside and marinate for at least 20 minutes.

5. Preheat the oven in the grill position at high temperature.

6. Distribute the shrimp in a single layer in a baking dish.

7. Place it in the middle of the oven and toast for 3 min until they are pink.
