57. A grandmother's trick against osteoarthritis

I have noticed that the pain associated with osteoarthritis decreases considerably when you eliminate the following foods from your diet: red meat, oranges and lemons.

Cut a medium grapefruit in half. Put the grapefruit halves in a saucepan and cover them with water.
