1. The honey bath
Run your bath and add 2 good tablespoons of honey (preferably organic).
You can also replace pure honey with honey vinegar.
Do not hesitate to pour a few drops of essential oil to perfume your bath.
2. Ninon de Lenclos' bath
Ninon de Lenclos was a 17th century woman of letters also known for her coquetry and her power of seduction. Here is the bath it consisted of:
Heat a liter of whole milk by mixing 2 tablespoons of honey.
Pour everything into your bath and add 5 handfuls of coarse salt.
You can flavor it with an essential oil by mixing it directly into the honey.
This bath, it is said, retained the beauty of her skin and her charms until old age.
3. The milk-vanilla bath
Heat a liter of whole milk and add 10 drops of vanilla essential oil.
Then add 3 tablespoons of honey.
Pour it all in your bath.
Results
And There you go ! You will come out of the bath with very soft skin :-)
Which essential oils to choose?
For a relaxing bath, choose the essential oil of chamomile, orange tree or lavender.
For a burst of pizzazz, choose rosemary, neroli or lemon.
