Ingredients for 4 persons
- 110 g of flour
- 110 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of butter
- 2 teaspoon of yeast
- 2 organic lemons
How to do
1. Preheat your oven to 180 ° (th. 6).
2. Wash your lemons.
3. Collect all the juice and all the zest (by grating them).
4. In a container, mix the eggs and sugar.
5. Add flour and baking powder, stir.
6. Add the melted butter, stir.
7. Add the zest and juice of the lemons and mix.
8. Pour into a buttered cake mold.
9. Cook for approx. 40 min.
Results
