Mes Gougères Chorizo-Comté For an Easy Aperitif!
In my kitchen, there is a little bit of everything to easily receive friends who show up unexpectedly.
Or, for an easy aperitif with the family.
Chorizo-Comté gougères are soft and crispy appetizer bites that will only seduce your guests.
Ingredients for 6 people
(About 20 gougères)
- 100 g of chorizo
- 100 g of grated Comté
- 3 eggs
- 120 g of flour
- 50 g of butter
- 100 ml of water
- 1 pinch of salt
How to do
Preparation: 15 min - Cooking: 20 min
1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
2. Remove the skin from the chorizo and cut it into small cubes.
3. In a saucepan, bring the water, butter and salt to a boil.
4. Off the heat, add all of the flour and mix well with a wooden spatula to obtain a smooth dough.
5. Add the eggs one by one and mix at each step: the dough should be sticky.
6. Add the Comté and the chorizo and mix again.
7. On the baking sheet, put a sheet of baking paper and place small balls of the preparation about 5 cm in diameter.
8. Bake for 20 minutes.
Results
There you go, the chorizo-Comté gougères are ready :-)
Serve the gougères warm or cold.

A craving for sweet?
Before adding your cheese and chorizo to your dough, take the desired amount, add 10 g of sugar. And prepare delicious chouquettes or cream puffs!

- 100 g of grated Comté: at € 11.64 per kilo, i.e. € 1.16
- 3 eggs: € 0.75
- 150 g of flour: at € 1.50 per kilo, i.e. € 0.23
