My Friendly and Economical Aperitif with Vegetables!

Here is a nice and economical recipe to share with friends, or as a couple.

One of the healthiest aperitifs, since it is made up of vegetables!

A real treat !

Aperitifs are often heavy and greasy, and overdoing them is not really good for our health.

With my vegetable-based aperitif, I bet on fresh and healthy products and my body loves them! My wallet too! Follow the guide…

A plate of cut vegetables for the aperitif

Ingredients for 4 persons

Preparation time : 10 minutes

- 2 stirred yogurts

- 4 carrots

- 1 cucumber

- 250 g of button mushrooms

- 1 bunch of chives

- 1 teaspoon of mustard

- Salt and pepper

Carrots and mushrooms

How to do

1. Peelcarrots and cut them lengthwise into thin strips.

2. Peel the cucumber, cut it in half and slice the two pieces equally lengthwise.

3. Then peel the mushrooms and cut them into strips.

4. Snip the chives.

5. In a bowl, pour the 2 yogurts and mix well to obtain a smooth mixture.

6. Add the chives, salt and pepper.

Results

There you go, my aperitif made with vegetables is now ready :-)

All I have to do is dress my cut vegetables nicely in a dish and serve with my chive sauce!

And it's an aperitif that comes back to me at € 1 per person or even € 4.01 for 4 guests.

My bonus tip

I like to add a few cherry tomatoes which will give my dish even more color.

I also vary the pleasures by adding new vegetables, such as cauliflower or radishes!
