How To Remove Pesticides From Fruits and Vegetables Easily.

Tired of eating pesticides in fruits and vegetables?

You are not the only one ! Unfortunately organic is not cheap!

Fortunately, there are 2 simple techniques for removing pesticides from fruits and vegetables.

In both cases, just use baking soda. Look :

1. Put about this amount of baking soda in your hand and wet the apple

2. Rub the apple with the baking soda vigorously between your two hands

Rub the apple with the baking soda to remove the pesticides

3. Rinse thoroughly under water

Rinse the apple under running water to remove pesticides

4. Dry with a clean cloth

Dry the apple

And there you have it, you've removed the pesticides from the apple :-)

For fragile fruits and vegetables:

Soak your fruits and vegetables in bicarbonate water to remove pesticides

How to do

1. Put water in the bottom of your clean sink.

2. Add three tablespoons of baking soda to the water.

3. Immerse the fruits and vegetables in the water.

4. Leave to rest for a quarter of an hour.

5. Rinse fruits and vegetables well under running water.

Results

And there you have it, you have removed a good part of the pesticides on fruits and vegetables :-)

If you don't have baking soda, we recommend this one.

Know that these 2 tips work for all fruits (apples, strawberries, grapes, pears, etc.) and for all vegetables (tomatoes, carrots, peppers, green beans, broccoli, salads, etc.).

Obviously, these 2 techniques make it possible to remove a good part of the pesticides and phytosanitary products, but not all.

The best is to always choose organic fruits and vegetables to avoid eating pesticides.
