How To Store Your Telephone Earphones To Avoid Damaging Them?
Headphones are expensive to replace when broken.
And when they are at the bottom of a bag, it is not uncommon for them to be damaged.
Fortunately there is a very simple technique to avoid damaging them.
To store your headphones without damaging them, just wrap them around a clothespin. Look :
How to do
1. Take two (pretty) clothespins, preferably wooden.
2. Glue them together as in the photo: one upside down in relation to the other.
3. Wrap the earphone wire around the parts you pry to open the clothespin.
4. Wedge the headphones and the jack in the parts that pinch.
Results
And there you have it, your headphones are tidy and protected even at the bottom of your bag :-)
Your headphones will be protected by the clothespin and won't hang around in your bag just any way.
They will not be crushed by a book or an object that could weaken them.
Don't have a clothespin? There is another little trick to avoid tangling your iPhone or smartphone headphones.
And if your iPhone headphones are broken, be aware that they may be under warranty for 1 year.
It's a safe bet that the headphones you got with your smartphone are also under the same warranty as your phone.
