Make a Kid's Drum with Three Times Nothing.

Small, they like to drum and have a blast.
You will be able to make them a real drum with three times nothing.

How to do
1. Take an empty tin can.
2. Wash it.
3. Cut off the end of a balloon with a pair of scissors.
4. Place it on the tin can (open side).
5. Hold everything with a rubber band.
Results
And there you have it, you have a great drum for free :-)
