How to do

1. Lay out your raw meat on a cutting board.

2. Sprinkle the baking soda on your meat.

3. Rub with your fingers or the back of a spoon to spread the powder evenly.

4. Let the meat rest for at least 20 minutes in the refrigerator (you can let it rest for up to 2 hours in the fridge).

5. Then rinse it to remove all the baking soda.

6. Wipe it with absorbent paper to remove moisture.

Results

And there you have it, your meat is now very tender :-)
