Ingredients
- 50 g of flour
- 50 g of lean cocoa
- 40 g of brown sugar
- 40 g of butter
- 25 g of water
- 100 g of white chocolate
- 40 g of liquid cream
- 1/2 vanilla bean
How to do
1. Put the butter in the glass of water and put everything in the microwave for 45 seconds to melt the butter.
2. In a bowl, pour the sugar, lean cocoa and flour.
3. Pour the butter and water into the bowl, mixing until you get a smooth paste.
4. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, boil the cream in a saucepan.
6. Add the seeds of the vanilla bean to the boiling cream and mix so that it is fragrant.
7. In a bowl, break the white chocolate into small pieces and pour the boiling cream over them. Mix to obtain a homogeneous ganache.
8. To make the cookies, take the dough out of the fridge and roll it out with a rolling pin to be the same thickness as an Oreo cookie.
9. Using a cookie cutter, cut the cookies that will allow you to make the Oreos.
10. Place them on a baking sheet covered with baking parchment.
11. Bake the cookies for 12 minutes at 180 ° C.
12. All you have to do is add the ganache on one cookie and close with another to get a nice Oreo.
