Here is a tip to easily make one for less than 2 €!
No need to run to Ikea to buy one.
All you need is a hanger and 12 shower curtain rings:
How to do
1. Buy 12 shower curtain rings.
2. Tape a first row of 7 rings on a hanger.
3. Tape the rings together to hold them in place.
4. Tape a second row of 5 rings.
Results
There you go, you will be able to store your scarves and scarves easily :-)
The advantage is that you can put at least 12 on it and then hang the hanger in your closet.
