13 Natural And Effective Remedies For Brown Spots On The Skin.

2. Pineapple

3. White clay
Squeeze a lemon juice. Pour a tablespoon of white clay or more depending on the amount of lemon juice. The mixture should form a paste: it should remain fluid, but also be a little thick.
Apply it on the spots. Leave on for 20 min. Rinse off with lukewarm water. Dry. Then apply your moisturizer.
4. Birch bark
Put 50 g of dried white birch bark in a cup. Boil some water. Pour it into the cup to infuse the rind. Let cool and filter through a fine strainer.
Soak a cotton swab in this lotion. Leave to dry for 15 min. Rinse off with lukewarm water. Dry. Apply your moisturizer.
5. Toothpaste
Take the equivalent of a teaspoon of toothpaste. Put it in a cup. Add a teaspoon of baking soda and a teaspoon of salt. Mix.
With your finger, take some of this paste and rub the brown spots. Leave on for 15 min. Rinse off with lukewarm water. Pat dry and put on your moisturizer.
6. Hydrogen peroxide
Wet a cotton swab with hydrogen peroxide. Dab with the brown spots. Leave to dry for 15 min.
Be careful not to get in the sun during this treatment. Rinse. Pat dry and apply a nourishing cream to your face.
7. Flour
Mix two teaspoons of flour with one teaspoon of raw milk. Take from this mixture with a Cotton Swab. Apply it on the spots. Leave to dry. Rinse. Apply a moisturizer.
8. Scrub
Regular exfoliation can help reduce dark spots.
Take some of your scrub with your fingertips. Smear the stains with it. Rub. Leave to dry. Once dry, rinse. Dry. Apply your nourishing cream.

9. Celery essential oil
The virtues of celery essential oil are known to reduce dark spots on the skin.
Take a dab of your usual day cream. Add 2 drops of celery essential oil. Mix. With a cotton swab, put some of your improved cream on the spots. Leave on for 15 min. Rinse. Dry. Use your usual day cream.
But beware, one of our readers, Magali specifies that celery essential oil can disrupt hormones. It is therefore prohibited for certain people.
You can also replace celery essential oil with carrot essential oil.
Always consult your doctor or herbalist before using essential oils.
Another tip from Magali: "the oily macerate of lilies and a cold saponified soap (sàf) exfoliating with oats are 2 very effective remedies. I would even say that it is the perfect combination with a drop of essential oil of carrot or celery mixed with its daily dose of lily oily macerate ".
10. Black seed oil
Peel ¼ of the cucumber. Put it in a blender and blend it until you get a juice. Mix 1 tbsp of cucumber juice with 1 tbsp of black seed oil.
Soak a cotton swab in this mixture. Put it on all the dark spots. Leave to dry for 20 minutes. Rinse. Dry. Put on your moisturizer.
11. Lemon juice
Squeeze the juice of ½ lemon. Add 1 pinch of salt. Add 3 drops of hot water. Mix.
Moisten a Cotton Swab with this mixture. Dab the brown spots with. Let dry then rinse. Pat dry and put on your moisturizer.
12. Parsley
Put ½ liter of water in a saucepan. Add a large bunch of parsley. Boil together for 15 min.
Filter with a colander. Let cool. Dampen a cotton swab and apply it to the spots in the morning and evening. Leave to dry.
13. Linden flowers
Put 1 liter of water in a saucepan. Add 50 g of linden flowers. Boil over low heat for 20 minutes. Filter. Let cool. When the lotion is cold, add 10 drops of lemon essential oil. Mix.
Dip a Cotton Swab in this mixture. Dab the spots with. Leave to dry.
Dermatological care
Dermatologists may use other more aggressive treatments to fight dark spots.
The peeling: the skin receives a chemical or mechanical treatment which will encourage it to produce new cells to regenerate itself.
Cryotherapy: liquid nitrogen is applied to the dark spots.
Lasers: lasers (pulsed light, Intense Pulse Light, flash lamp) are propelled on the spots to eliminate the melanin which forms the dark spots.

Before applying these natural remedies to your face, do a test to be sure you don't have a reaction: take some of the dark spot remedy with a cotton swab. Dab a piece of skin (on the inside of the wrist, for example). And wait 5 min.
