Before we renovated it, our kitchen had large white tiles, with grouting really clogged.

But now that our kitchen is remodeled, there is only a small section of the floor left with that old tile - except now cleaning the tile joints is easy as anything, thanks to this trick.

How to do

1. Sprinkle a little baking soda on the tile joints.

2. Use your index finger to spread the baking soda evenly, so that it covers the entire surface of the joints and to remove the excess powder.

3. Pour the white vinegar into a spray bottle.

4. Spray the vinegar liberally on the baking soda.

Bonus: If your sink is equipped with a garbage disposal, eliminate unpleasant odors by pouring in a little white vinegar (the equivalent of a mustard glass) and let sit for about 1 hour.
