This drink is to be drunk before the meal. To make it, preferably use honey from thyme, rosemary or lemon tree known to be more effective.

To. Prepare a glass of lukewarm water.

b. Add the juice of half a lemon.

d. Drink 1/2 hour before the meal.

2. Digestive herbal tea

This herbal tea is to be drunk after the meal to facilitate digestion. Above all, do not use boiling water which will cancel out the effects of the products.
