The trick is to take the ingredients out ahead of time, so that they are at room temperature. Look :
How to do
1. Take the eggs out of the refrigerator ahead of time.
2. Do the same with the mustard.
3. Put the egg yolk and mustard together.
4. Add salt and pepper.
5. Whisk the ingredients, slowly adding the oil, in a trickle.
6. Continue until the mayonnaise takes on a nice consistency.
Results
And there you have it, you have made a delicious mayonnaise :-)
Simple, practical and efficient!
